We captured the most epic Aurora ever. The festival of art, light and video covered 19 city blocks in downtown Dallas. Tens of thousands gathered to see works from international artists as well as home grown talent. This video was subsequently used to help produce and promote future Aurora events.
After preliminary discussions and discovery, we submit an estimate on the project's turnaround and cost. From there, the project scope can be widened or narrowed if necessary. We then submit an accurate quote and execute a production agreement. We ask for 50% payment upfront. The other 50% is due upon completion of the project.
During the pre-production phase, we collaborate with you to develop the content around the creative direction you provide, plan production logistics, scout locations, cast and coordinate talent, prep gear and crew. We focus heavily on pre-production to set ourselves up for a successful shoot and to ensure that we are in line with your vision. Video is just a portion of your project and we understand this. We are capable of driving the bus but we want you to give the direction.
During production, we capture content: interviews, b-roll, voice-overs, etc. We spend significant time in post-production bringing your vision to life. We are responsible for a wide variety of elements including color correction, graphics packages, sound engineering, animation, voiceovers, and more, ensuring your content is in line with the original vision. We have an efficient workflow for client revisions. We typically include two revisions plus a final approval for each video.
